Namaste, Hello, I'm Alison
Like so many spiritual seekers, I have always known in my heart that I came here this lifetime not only to learn about and experience liberation, freedom, Enlightenment, but also to help others on their journey to Love, freedom, Joy.
I came to know the state of suffering and duality intimately during my early life and although I had everything I physically needed as a young adult - a wonderful career, a loving husband, a nice house, and yes even a yacht! - I was still deeply unhappy, miserable and, at times, depressed.
By the time I was 25, I was seriously searching for a different way of being...and after 25 years of searching, learning, and dedicated spiritual practice, in 2020, I was gifted the State of Peace as I watched my late friend David's essence pass from a state of suffering to a State of Peace, and somehow I was taken with him.
Source finally Peaced together for me the secrets of filling the broken, empty heart with Divine Soul Love and re-Connexion with All-That-Is.

As a Spiritual Mentor and 20 years as a Master Healing Practitioner, private sessions with Alison offer you an intensive deep dive into your awakening journey.
There are 3 areas we focus on initially:

As we focus on these touch points, your hurts, traumas, held energy and emotions will come up and we will release and dissolve these through Source Guided processes that are unique to you. Moving through these held energies and emotions are necessary for you to progress through your journey.
In working together, our aim is to get you completely grounded in your body, fully connected in your heart Centre, and to activate and align each Chakra Centre with the Cosmic energy of All-That-Is.
The wonderful thing is that you do all the healing - Alison holds the Sacred Space and Divine Energy to such a high vibration, that your body can't help but want to entrain or resonate upwards through the healing points. And all that we do in a session, you get to take home with you as new habits, tools, exercises that help to keep that vibration as high as possible.
With these practices you will develop Present Moment Awareness, and create Happiness, Peace and Clarity in your life.
