Let go of all your worries in the Wellbeing Centre's Floatation Tank. It is a soundproof pod filled with warm water and epsom salts. A perfect place to take you away to a place of peace and stillness - a great complement to the retreat.

This transformational 3 and a half day retreat is designed to offer you the opportunity to quiet the mind, find peace, activate your heart chakra and merkaba. "I wished after my Mother’s passing many years ago that I could have done something to ease her struggle with terminal cancer. Years later after moving to Australia I was introduced to Reiki and I knew that this was what I had been searching for. Too late for my mother but so many more to assist and help in someway.
I did my Reiki I and II in 1999 and a few years later I did my Master level. I tried my hand at Bowen therapy for awhile and while I could see great results I felt the mind, body, spirit connection of Reiki was the one for me.
Along my journey I have incorporated a style that encourages people to relax and release. My intuition and trust of my helpers above allows me to assist people in the way that suits them best.
I may use essential oils, aura cleansing, chakra balancing, crystals, soft lighting, ambient music and my amethyst biomat. The biomat offers a unique combination of 3 components of therapeutic applications to support the body and mind. Negative ions, far infrared rays and of course the amethyst crystal which is a superconductor.
I can sense peoples energy, am an empath and a very good listener so I hear you from a deep level.

I have had an incredible life and my amazing journey has brought me to where I am now - being able to live my life's purpose and help others.
I have been on the spiritual journey from a very early age. The very first experience I remember is when I was 4 years old. I had an out of body experience when I was very ill with Pneumonia. My consciousness was standing at the front door looking into the lounge room. I saw my 4 year old body laying on the settee, my head on my mothers lap. She was bathing my face with cold water. I remember standing there wondering how I could be seeing myself in such a way.
Growing up, I was not a stranger to spirituality as my family often spoke of ghosts, aliens, spirits and astral travelling.
I was unwittingly introduced to energy healing over 33 years ago as a shy graduate straight out of university suffering from a migraine headache whilst at my new job. A work colleague sat me in the middle of the office and with a captive audience in the office staff, proceeded to wave his hands over my head. I was bewildered as I felt the energy of the migraine slip out the top of my head like an octopus fluidly contorting itself to escape through a tiny scupper on a boat. I went home early, exhausted from the experience, with the alternative healing world now opened to my consciousness.
My career spans both mainstream and spiritual paths, and I have run my own businesses for most of my life. My qualifications include a degree in I.T., and an honours diploma in Art and Creativity. I am an award winning artist and photographer. Growing up, I lived for highland dancing. My adult passion has been sailing and adventuring. I love travel and have lived in many countries around the world. I have been a solo mother for 17 years and what an incredible blessing that has been.
With a degree in I.T., I was very much on the mainstream path, and I have to admit that it has taken 53 years of my life toing and froing, dabbling and playing before I have had the courage to fully admit to myself, my family and friends that I am indeed a Clairvoyant Medium, and that this is what I am meant to be doing with my life.
As an adult, the first psychic message I remember getting was when I was 22, (about a year after the office healing experience I mentioned above). I was "told" very clearly by an invisible voice in my ear, that I was about to lock the keys in the car. I was in the passenger seat, and my partner had gone into the shop to order a pizza, so the message didn't make sense to me. However a few minutes later, I realised that I needed to tell him something urgently, so I got out of the car, and locked my door (this was back in the day before remote locking existed). I didnt know the keys were in the ignition and so yes I did indeed lock the keys in the car.
Since then I have had many, many messages, visions, dreams and oracles - one notable message came as a vision in big black writing saying "YOUR BABY WILL BE BORN TODAY". This was a timely message as I had known for some time that before my baby's birth it was important for me to go to the Riwaka Resurgence (a sacred pool and river) to cleanse mine and my baby's energy. When I received that message, I hopped in the car, drove to the Resurgence, completed the channelled rituals and then drove an hour back home. I was gone for most of the day. My youngest son was born that night.
As part of my own healing and awakening journey, I have completed the following courses and initiations:
- Certified Advanced Healing Practitioner (2006)
- Certified Results Coach (2020)
- Oneness Blessing Giver (2009)
- Initiated Happiness Meditator (2019)
- Initiated Ekam Meditator (2019)
- Participant in multiple Oneness courses including:
- Journey to Awakening,
- Journey to Happiness,
- Manifest Courses,
- Source and Synchronicities.
This breadth of training has given me the gift of a beautiful peaceful awareness and the ability to see deeply into other people's traumas, source of suffering, limiting beliefs, obstacles etc and the best method for acceptance, healing and moving forward. This means our sessions together are stronger, more powerful and more meaningful. Our connection to the Divine, Enlightened Beings and Light Beings etc is constantly being strengthened and acknowledged.
I would be honoured to be invited to hold your hand on your journey to help you gain more clarity, understanding, connection and wisdom.

After a short discussion on spirit, divine energy and present moment awareness, we will move into a guided meditation where you will have the opportunity to re-connect with your divine spark, and fill your heart with love.
